Yin Yoga Manual
Jennie & Melanie are so passionate about Yin Yoga and have spent many years crafting this complete manual, based on 45 years of joint knowledge and experience.
The Theory manual consists of 90 pages, the Poses manual consists of 79 pages and both are filled with up to date scientific data, resources and original illustrations.
This manual is available exclusively to those who have done or have signed up for a Yin Yoga course with us.
Cost: £45 Full Colour or £35 Black & White (Includes Notes AND Poses!)
Postage included within the UK and Sweden (please add £10 postage for rest of Europe)
If you want the manual as a hardcopy before the course, please contact us two weeks before the course starts.
To get your manual:
1) Please email us at info@yogatreat.co.uk and give us your name and address.
2) We will send you an invoice.
3) Once you have paid we will send you the manual.
Note: if you’ve signed up for an in person course, the hard copy is included in the price and you’ll get your manual when we meet.
