You’ll learn about anatomy, fascia and meridians in an interactive and inspiring way. Beyond the technique itself, you’ll also explore how to find your own voice as a teacher.

There’ll also be a focus on your own practice of Yin yoga: bringing good quality rest into your everyday life in a way that feels fun and motivating instead of another thing to tick off your to-do-list.
