Last time I was in Goa I put my phone on the table outside my hut and recorded the morning birdsong. I had a feeling it was going to be my last visit to Goa, at least for a while, so I wanted a reminder of the sounds of the jungle and I thought it would be a great backdrop for a Nidra.
