How to get there

It’s super easy – and cheap!
All you need to do is to buy a flight ticket to Ibiza.
The airport is only 20 minutes away from the retreat center!

Accommodation
Choose between staying in the villa (onsite) or at a hotel of your choice in Cala Llonga (offsite). For more information, see below. 

ONSITE: Included in the price
- Accommodation (single, double or twin)
- Delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner
- 10 yoga classes and a workshop. All is optional – if you prefer to take a day off and just relax on the beach instead of doing yoga that is also fine!

The closest town is Cala Llonga (5 min by car) and there are many options: you can even get a single room with sea view for a reasonable price!

– Tea/coffee (and a light snack if requested)
– 8.30 am Pranayama/breathing practice & meditation
– 9 am Morning yoga class 90 min: gentle slow flow or dynamic vinyasa flow or ashtanga vinyasa 
– 10.30 Breakfast
– Free time. Suggestions: book a massage, hang out on the beach, read a book, explore Ibiza or take a siesta…
– 2 pm Lunch
– Free time
– One afternoon: a workshop
– 5 pm Evening yoga class 75 min
– 7 pm Dinner
– Some evenings: Meditation, yoga nidra or chanting. 

If you’re a yoga teacher

The workshop gives you 3 hours YACEP (www.yogaalliance.org) and YAP (www.yogaallianceprofessionals.org)

We’ll tailor the workshop to be relevant both for practitioners and teachers, and there will be optional discussion groups about teaching dilemmas such as lack of inspiration, lack of energy, how to get more students to sign up for your classes etc.
