I have received so much from the practice of yin. It’s so nourishing but also so challenging, soft but at the same time powerful and intense. The elements of working with fascia adds such a fascinating dimension and the backdrop of the Meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine is so deep. My focus in this training is to take you deeper in your connection to the practice and explore what yin means to you. And to enable you to safely teach students of all different body types and shapes.

All the courses are in English.
